New client opportunity:

Desiree is a UK registered Dietitian, who has recently been working for a consultancy company on a sole trader basis. Around this role, she also does various writing jobs for different publications.

Now, she’s hoping to set up her own online nutrition clinic and is keen to set this up as a limited company! Her plans are to be the only share holder and she will take on Dietitians to work for her on a freelance basis.

At the moment, her turnover is approximately £1,500 a month from her sole trader consulting contract, and income from writing is approximately £2k - £3k a year.

Desiree hasn’t got her limited company set up yet and requires support with this process. Going forwards, she then is keen for support with understanding her accounting obligations and the finances of her business, as she hopefully grows her clinic!
