New client opportunity:

Victoria is looking for an accountant to help her complete a self-assessment tax return. She has just returned from maternity leave and as well as her on payroll, part time job is picking up some freelance work and need to file a tax return for the first time.

I spoke with her this morning and gave her a plan of action, she’s gone away to register as self-employed and use the HMRC calculator to estimate her taxes each month, but she’s looking for an accountant to help her file her return.
